The Kings Archers

Please give a warm welcome to newcomers, The Companions of the Longbow, as they bring history to life in the shadow of the Major Oak.

King Edward III is recruiting archers for the wars in France and holds a competition to find the archers with the best skills. With a cast that includes royalty, archers, ladies of the court plus an evil villain, and set to a backdrop of armour, clashing swords and the mighty longbow, as well as demonstrations and the chance to have a go with a bow, this is one Sunday afternoon not to be missed!
